"Manado Arts and Cultural Center" is designed according to the concept of an experimental approach to contemporary urban architecture. To be universal approach "direct" regional traditions that exist in urban areas following its natural character (the naturalness of Natures), there by becoming the architectural rules of the "new" (internationalist).

Texture is an appreciation in its own building which embodied into the design of the building by making it appear "novelty".Color meaning in building contains with the cultural heritage of the city is a peaceful, beautiful, glorious, holy is the human wish or desire.Texture and color are pre-fabs are designed to follow the style or imagery into the building
The nature appreciation modeling:Although space and imagination amid signs of a busy department (BOB Manado City), chaotic (the city). The building was given an idea that is ideal; silence, peace, life and desire.Radical changes in a versatile multi-complex, intricate, leading to pure simplicity.
Marina Facilities:Answer the problems that exist today about the dispute between the interests of coastal fishermen and the developers / developer of shopping malls / developer reclamation
